	Regular Inspections We do inspections on a regular basis, including the initial inspection, followed by an inspection one month after the tenant moves in, and then regularly every three months thereafter. This ensures that any problems are found and sorted out when they occur.
	Inspection Photos When doing the initial inspection, we take photos of all existing damage, as well as all walls/doors/appliances/sinks etc to show the condition of the property when the tenant moves in. When doing the 3 monthly inspections, we take photos of any damage, and anything that needs repair.
	Debt Collection & Enforcement We can help you find and chase tenants, and go through the right channels to collect any debt owed to you.
	Court Preparation & Appearances We will do everything from filing in the Tenancy Tribunal Application Form, prepare all the documents and evidence required for court and even go to court for you. You Relax – We Manage
