Regular InspectionsWe do inspections on a regular basis, including the initial inspection, followed by an inspection one month after the tenant moves in, and then regularly every three months thereafter. This ensures that any problems are found and sorted out when they occur. |

Inspection PhotosWhen doing the initial inspection, we take photos of all existing damage, as well as all walls/doors/appliances/sinks etc to show the condition of the property when the tenant moves in. When doing the 3 monthly inspections, we take photos of any damage, and anything that needs repair. |
