We are locally owned and operated with experience in both investing & Property Management.

Unlike most Property Management companies, we are successful investors in our own right and have many years worth of knowledge running an extensive portfolio.

History

Tracy - Prior to setting up IPM, Tracy gained extensive practical experience through accounts and team leader roles progressing to an assistant accountant before leaving to become a full time mum to three gorgeous boys.

Tracy’s areas of expertise include Accounting systems, Systems implementation & Trust account management. This, along with the Honest & friendly approach is a real asset to IPM.

Carl –Carl brings a broad range of skills having earned a National diploma in business studies, and a NZIM certificate in management before attending Massey University and obtaining a Bachelor in Business Studies majoring in accountancy. Carl gained experience in the corporate sector and following that he has spent the last 10 years as financial director for two Wellington based manufacturing businesses.

Carl's areas of expertise include Business planning, HR, IT, Credit control & Systems development. This, along with his extensive range of skills built up from his experience managing investment properties have been a key force in the success of IPM.

Systems

In 1995 we purchased our first investment property. We have since then expanded our portfolio extensively. Over the years, we have refined the systems we developed, and we now use these systems to manage our properties and the property of other investors who want to benefit from our experience.

Focus

We are not associated with a Real Estate company, and therefore we are able to focus solely on providing outstanding Property Management Services.

Service

Having observed over the years the poor standard of property management we decided to start IPM and offer our service to the market.
